ILIFF - BASEMENT

In response to all the changes the city was going through with allowances of building sizes. We decided to take on the challenge of building a basement. To our surprise, we did this job in record time. It took us 12 months to complete this house from breaking ground to staging. Since then we have taken on many other basement jobs and we our proud to say they have gone just as well!
